Never be so brief as to become obscure

-Hosea Ballou

Universalism, is a sect of the Christian Church. Although I think Christianity hogwash, this quote resounds this evening for reasons unknown.

Went out to see Reggie Houston's Box of Chocolates last night. He played with Tim Acott on bass and Tracy Kim on guitar. He is always entertaining, a mix between Jazz and histroy lesson.

His lesson last night, Louis Armstrong and Sydney Bechet. How they parralelled each other by incorporating a bit of Klezmer into their shows, playing clarinet parts on their respective instruments. Pops on the trumpet and Sydney on the saprano sax.
If you get a chance catch him. He is a gem.

He plays every friday evening at the Laurelthirst Public House and also plays Wednsdays at Pshaw!.
